Job Description:

Job Summary:

The BSFP Focal Point is responsible for the effective implementation of the Emergency Blanket Supplementary Feeding Program (e-BSFP) to prevent malnutrition among children aged 6-59 months, pregnant women, and breastfeeding women. The role involves ensuring accurate targeting, appropriate ration distribution, awareness raising, data reporting, and coordination with other in-kind, CBT, and contingency responses.

Key Responsibilities:

1.     Right Targeting

o   Ensure that the e-BSFP targets the correct groups: children aged 6-59 months, pregnant women from the day they are recognized as pregnant, and breastfeeding women during the first 6 months after childbirth.

o   Strictly adhere to the specified target groups and avoid including other categories.

2.     Appropriate Ration Distribution

o   Distribute one sachet of WawaMum per day for each child (30 sachets per month) and 4.5 kg of Super Cereal per month for each woman.

o   Ensure that ration sizes are neither increased nor reduced to maintain the effectiveness of the program and avoid resource wastage.

3.     Awareness and Education

o   Provide e-BSFP awareness messages developed by WFP to each beneficiary at the distribution center.

o   Ensure that no beneficiary leaves the distribution center without understanding the benefits, use, and storage of WawaMum and Super Cereal.

o   Coordinate with Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) and Third-Party Monitoring (TPM) teams to ensure compliance.

4.     Designated Staff and Capacity Building

o   Train staff thoroughly on all aspects of e-BSFP to ensure effective implementation.

5.     Reporting

o   Accurately and timely report data on children and pregnant and breastfeeding women (PBW) who receive e-BSFP services.

o   Disaggregate PBW data by the number of pregnant and breastfeeding women and children under-five by gender (girls and boys).

6.     Information and Education Materials

o   Ensure that distribution centers are equipped with the correct information and education materials, including banners about e-BSFP.

7.     Integration with Other Responses

o   Combine BSFP commodities with in-kind, CBT, and contingency responses to maximize the impact of the program.

8.     Nutrition Sensitization and Counselling

o   Arrange nutrition sensitization and counselling sessions within targeted communities to enhance awareness of maternal and young child nutrition.

o   Set up special groups among beneficiaries, including male members and community leaders, to facilitate the adoption of appropriate nutrition practices.

o   Follow WFP guidance materials and training for outreach and sessions.

Job Description:

Job Summary:

The District Supervisor will lead and manage the implementation of emergency humanitarian food and Cash-Based Transfer (CBT) assistance programs at the district level. This role is responsible for coordinating activities, leading field teams, supervising beneficiary selection, scope registration, and ensuring efficient distribution processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1.     Program Coordination & Implementation

o   Oversee the implementation of food and CBT assistance programs within the district.

o   Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with organizational policies, donor guidelines, and humanitarian standards.

o   Develop and maintain a detailed district-level work plan in coordination with the Project Manager.

2.     Team Leadership & Supervision

o   Lead, mentor, and supervise field teams, ensuring clear communication of tasks and responsibilities.

o   Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, address challenges, and plan future activities.

o   Provide training and capacity building for field staff and Community Food Assistance Committee (CFAC_.

3.     Beneficiary Selection and Scope Registration

o   Supervise the beneficiary selection process to ensure it is transparent, fair, and inclusive.

o   Oversee the registration of beneficiaries in the Scope system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.

o   Ensure continuous verification and validation of beneficiary lists.

4.     Food and CBT Distribution Management

o   Coordinate the logistics and distribution of food commodities and CBT with field teams.

o   Ensure that distribution points are adequately prepared and staff are assigned appropriate roles.

Job Description:

Job Summary:

The Field Monitor plays a critical role in the implementation and monitoring of emergency humanitarian food and Cash-Based Transfer (CBT) assistance programs. The incumbent will conduct field visits to ensure the effective distribution and utilization of food supplies and cash transfers, ensuring that the assistance reaches the intended beneficiaries and adheres to humanitarian standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1.     Monitoring & Evaluation

o   Conduct regular field visits to monitor the distribution of food commodities and cash transfers.

o   Ensure the compliance of all activities with the organization's policies, donor requirements, and international standards.

o   Gather detailed reports and feedback from beneficiaries on the distribution process and the effectiveness of the assistance provided.

o   Assess the needs and vulnerabilities of beneficiaries to recommend adjustments in the assistance programs.

2.     Coordination & Collaboration

o   Work closely with the M&E Officer and other team members to plan and execute field activities.

o   Liaise with local authorities, community leaders, and other stakeholders to coordinate efforts and ensure smooth implementation.

o   Participate in CFAC meetings and provide updates on the progress of field activities.

3.     Data Collection & Reporting

Job Description:

Job Summary:

The PSEA Focal Point at ASIO is a critical position responsible for developing and maintaining a robust framework to prevent sexual exploitation and abuse (PSEA). The individual in this role will raise awareness about PSEA issues, fostering a culture that resolutely avoids sexual exploitation and abuse within ASIO. Key responsibilities include investigating and addressing claims, ensuring compliance with PSEA standards and procedures, and providing comprehensive support to survivors. The efforts of the PSEA Focal Point are vital to maintaining a safe and respectful environment throughout the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1.     Guidelines and Policies:

o   Develop and sustain PSEA guidelines, policies, and practices that align with global standards and best practices.

2.     Staff Capacity Development:

o   Ensure all ASIO personnel receive training and capacity development on Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA) and Gender-Based Violence (GBV) issues.

o   Enhance staff awareness concerning PSEA matters.

3.     Zero-Tolerance Policy:

o   Advocate for a zero-tolerance approach toward sexual exploitation and abuse within the organization.

4.     Reporting Mechanism:

o   Establish a confidential and accessible system for reporting PSEA issues.

5.     Support for Survivors:

o   Respect and prioritize the rights and needs of survivors, providing them with appropriate care and support.

6.     Prompt Investigation and Reporting:

o   Conduct prompt and thorough investigations into PSEA complaints in accordance with established protocols.

o   Regularly report on PSEA compliance activities.

7.     Stakeholder Engagement:

o   Stay updated on best practices and emerging issues through communication with stakeholders, external organizations, and PSEA networks.

8.     Promotion and Integration:

o   Promote PSEA awareness organization-wide and in communications with partners.

o   Integrate PSEA principles into monitoring and evaluation (M&E) frameworks and reporting mechanisms.

9.     Capacity Enhancement:

o   Strengthen the capacity of employees and partners to prevent and address PSEA incidents.

10.  Coordination and Reporting:

o   Represent ASIO when required, coordinating closely with relevant working groups, including PSEA, Protection, Disability, and GBV.

o   Identify and report cases related to PSEAH, GBV, and protection.

o   Actively engage in organizational capacity-building related to PSEAH and GBV/Protection Principles.

Job Description:

Job Summary:

The Scope Registrar is responsible for the accurate registration of beneficiaries for both in-kind and Cash-Based Transfer (CBT) assistance programs. This role requires excellent computer skills, data cleaning, and data uploading capabilities. Additionally, the Scope Registrar will conduct beneficiary surveys via the MODA system and manage the cash-out system effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1.     Beneficiary Registration

o   Accurately register beneficiaries in the Scope system for both in-kind and CBT assistance.

o   Ensure that all required data fields are correctly filled out and that beneficiary information is complete.

o   Conduct regular updates and corrections to beneficiary lists as required.

2.     Data Management

o   Clean and validate data collected from field teams and other sources.

o   Upload verified beneficiary data into the Scope system and ensure it is secure and safeguarded.

o   Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of beneficiary data.

3.     Survey and Data Collection

o   Conduct beneficiary surveys using the MODA (Mobile Data Collection and Analysis) system.

o   Ensure that survey data is collected accurately and efficiently within the set timelines.

o   Analyze and report on surveyed data to inform program decisions and improvements.

4.     Cash-out System Management

o   Manage the cash-out system for CBT and in-kind assistance, ensuring beneficiaries receive their entitlements timely and accurately.

o   Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to cash transfers or commodities.

o   Coordinate with Financial Service Providers as required to facilitate the smooth execution of cash-outs.

5.     Coordination & Support

o   Work closely with field teams to plan and execute registration and data collection activities.

o   Provide technical support and training to field teams on the use of the Scope and MODA systems.

o   Collaborate with other team members to ensure coordinated and integrated service delivery.

6.     Reporting & Accountability

o   Prepare regular reports on registration activities, data management, and survey results.

o   Ensure transparency and accountability in all registration and data-related processes.

o   Establish and maintain feedback mechanisms for beneficiaries regarding the registration and cash-out processes.
